Facts

P filed two petitions against two corporations alleging that he was a 331/3% owner in each and that the acts of those in charge of the corporations were illegal, or fraudulent and that he will suffer irreparable injury unless a dissolution was ordered. P alleged that corporate assets were being misapplied or wasted. P asked for an injunction to stop the officers and directors from disposing of corporate assets. P alleged that the places of business sold alcoholic beverages on Sunday and sold watered down drinks. P also alleged that the principles, including P, took money out of the business each week without a proper accounting.
