Facts
Clark (M) filed a support complaint against Jeter (F) on behalf of her daughter Tiffany. The blood tests showed a 99.3% probability that F was the father. F moved to dismiss on grounds that the action was barred by a statute that required illegitimate children to establish paternity within six years of birth. The Superior court dismissed the action. M appealed.
