Facts

The daughter of Diehls (D) was 11 years old, and she narced on her family to the police who then searched their home and arrested Ds for possession of marijuana. Ds were found guilty and sentenced to 10 years probation. Ds motioned during trial to suppress the evidence as it was not sufficient to show probable cause in that their daughter had not made a sworn statement to the police, and there was no information that her information was credible or reliable.
