Facts
The Electric Co. (D) maintained wires over a public bridge in Berlin. Dillion (P), a boy of 14 played on the bridge many times. P lost his footing on one of the girders and grabbed one of D's wires to stop from falling. P was electrocuted. Generally, no current passed through the wires during the daytime except by pure chance. D was denied a motion for a directed verdict and appealed.
