Facts
The deceased went into a glass house to sleep off his intoxication. Errington and others (D) thought it would be a great joke to pile straw on him and throw hot cinders on his belly. The straw ignited and burned him to death. The court found that their recklessness was 'hardly consistent with anything short of design.”
