Facts
Ferrera (P) was an employee of Nielsen (D). She was suspended in 1985 for time card falsification. She was fired in 1987 for the second incidence of falsification. P sued in wrongful discharge under implied contract and promissory estoppel theories based on the employee handbook at D. A summary judgment was granted in favor of D in that the employee handbook contained a disclaimer. P appealed.
