Facts
Goddard (P) had leased the grass privilege on his land to Elickson. During the lease, a meteorite fell on the land. In Elickson's presence, Hoaglan dug up the meteorite, took it and sold it to Winchell (D). P sued to replevy the meteorite and won. D appeals.
