Facts
Defendant Leonard assisted Willams in stealing of chicken wire from their government employer. As employees, Leonard and Williams were responsible for inventory of the storeroom in which chicken wire was stored. Leonard and Williams took chicken wire from the storeroom during the night. Once it was discovered that the chicken wire was missing, Williams set fire to the storeroom in an effort to conceal the theft.
