Facts
D acquired title to approximately 150 acres of land and shortly after the purchase of the property, made known its intention to construct and operate a drag strip. Ps are the owners or occupiers of land immediately adjacent to d's land, and others live at various distances from D's land. The entire area adjacent to D's property is residential -- agricultural. There are homes and farms, and a few small commercial establishments. Some of the farms are devoted to the raising of livestock as well as crops. Ps notified the defendant of their opposition to the construction. D ignored them and commenced clearing its land. Ps filed a complaint for injunctive relief. There are no Township zoning laws or regulations.
