Facts

Hubert (P) was a quadriplegic who required 24 hour a daycare. He leased an apartment from Williams (D) and hired as his attendant Cindy Kelly (P1) a lesbian. Ps were evicted from the apartment, and then they sued alleging that they were evicted because P1 was a lesbian and P associated with her. The trial court concluded that no cause of action was stated and Ps appealed that dismissal.
