Facts
Howard Mahoney died intestate from gunshot wounds. Mrs. Mahoney (P) was convicted of voluntary manslaughter for shooting Howard. Howard's estate was ordered distributed to his mother and father. P appealed the order of the probate court; the conviction of voluntary manslaughter disabled P from taking any part of her husband's estate.
