Facts

A will left a residuary estate in trust for the benefit of the Parish of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and for the benefit of the members of the First Methodist Church. The trial court held that they were both private trusts for the benefit of the individual members of the two churches and that they were therefore invalid for indefiniteness of beneficiaries and violation of the Rule Against Perpetuities. This appeal resulted.
