Facts

P sued to uncover the identity of his natural parents. P claimed that the act keeping those records under seal was violative of his constitutional rights. P's reason for the search was that he wanted to know information about himself that pertained to him as a person. The trial court upheld the statute and that the statute required a showing of cause and P's cause for locating his natural parents had not been established. These appeals resulted.
