Facts
C.L. lived in the same home with Jones (D) and his wife and child. D had been drinking, and he came into C.L.'s bedroom and asked her to have sex with him. She said no, and he asked again, and she said no. When he asked a third time, she just let him have it. C.L. claimed that she did not give him permission to have sexual intercourse and the only force that was used was D turned her over and had sex with her. C.L. did not cry for help because she was afraid and that it was difficult to tell D's wife, C.L.'s foster mother. D was convicted and sentenced to 20 years.
