Facts
King (D) and Reeves exchanged words at a dance facility. When Reeves and a friend left, D and his friend left and followed Reeves' vehicle, intending to 'mess with him.' D tailgated the car and shot at the tires with his gun. One shot managed to kill Reeves. D was charged with murder and convicted. D appealed; murder requires an intent to kill.
