Facts

(P), traded it for a new one, and did not tell P of the cracks. D was allowed $2,290 on the trade. The car was reconditioned and resold to another customer who returned it due to persistent overheating. The car was then sold as is to a customer for $1,200. P sued for D fraudulent concealment.
