Facts
Loew (D) was skirt chasing when he met Manning (P). P was a waitress at the time in Miami. D employed P in his movie theater in Miami and then invited her to Boston. D then offered her a motion picture screen test and even to make a movie with her as the star if she would live with him as his daughter. Two years later, D tired of P and decided to dump her and P sued for breach of contract. The court directed a verdict to D and P appealed.
