Fox withdrew based on excessive demands by W. Fox submitted attorney’s fees of $4,842 and expenses of $112.10. The end result for this effort was $275 weekly support for W and her children. The divorce had not been finalized. H billed at $40 per hour. The court ordered H to pay, and H appealed.
