Facts

D.M. died in 1910 owning the land in question, and it was devised to his widow. He left no children and was survived by his wife and by Ps, his heirs at law. In 1910, the widow conveyed the land to D. She died in 1922. The will which devised the land on D.M.'s death was not probated until 1925. This action for ejectment was commenced in 1923.
