Facts
W and H were divorced, and a property settlement decree was placed in the court file upon which the divorce decree stated that that agreement was ratified and confirmed. Four years later, a motion was made for an order to show cause why contempt should not be had for a failure to honor that agreement. The trial court found contempt and gave 30 days to purge the same. This appeal resulted.
