P is a corporation based in the state of Washington. P sells office supplies and related goods. P alleges that D employees made a series of purchases for which P has not been paid. P filed suit in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, California, to recover $17,642.54, plus interest at an annual rate of 18.00% from and after November 10, 2005. P asserted breach of contract; open book and account; account stated; conversion; quantum merit; and unjust enrichment. D did not appear.
