Wilma (W) and Phillp (H) were married in 1972 and had one child. They separated in 1982, and they signed a separation agreement. W got custody of their son, and everything seemed fine until troubles resulted in the sale of the marital home. W got upset with H's unwillingness to convey his interest in the marital home as was called for in their settlement agreement. W then sued H for divorce and asked the trial court to order specific performance of the agreement and to order H to pay more child support than was ordered by the agreement and award W attorney fees; which was prohibited in the agreement. H alleged a breach by W for interfering with his visitation rights. H asked for custody of the child, 50% of the value of the marital home and attorney fees. The trial court awarded the divorce and subject to certain modifications in H's visitation rights enforced their original agreement. This appeal resulted.
