Facts

Fisher (P) contracted to sell a country home to Reigart (D). The country home was owned by Gulielma, and the contract described the property as about 7 acres improved by a 15-room stucco cottage, a garage, and other improvements. The quantity of land was 4.764 acres. D refused to consummate the contract and demanded his down payment of $5,000 returned. P sued for specific performance and was given the decree by the lower court.
