Facts

Southeast (P) was acting as the personal representative of the estate of the playwright Tennessee Williams. Williams was a Florida domiciliary at the time of his death. Williams died without a surviving spouse or children. P sued Lawrence (D) to enjoin the use of the name 'Tennessee Williams' on their Manhattan theatre. P's motion for injunction was granted. This appeal resulted.
