Facts

Ps launched a sex discrimination lawsuit against two Dallas law firms (Ds) for sex discrimination in the hiring of summer law clerks. D initiated discovery and demanded to know who the four secret plaintiffs were. The trial court ordered the identities revealed, and P appealed.
