Facts

During trial, her attorney took the stand to testify about the contents of the claim and that D had refused to pay the claim. D further tried to get the attorney to testify that P had informed him that the house loss was occasioned by arson; a man by the name of Puckett had suggested to P that she should burn the house and that on the night before she left town to call Puckett so that she would not be present. P objected to the testimony and was sustained. D lost the verdict and appealed.
