Facts
Defendant Holley and Spratt entered the victim's grocery store and began to order various types of meats. While the victim was preparing the meats, Spratt put two cans of tuna fish into his jacket. The victim ordered Spratt to remove the two cans of tuna from his pocket and leave the store. Holley then pointed a gun at the victim and beat him with it. Spratt attempted to open the cash register but was unsuccessful. The defendant and Spratt fled with only the two cans of tuna.
