Facts
Truesdell's (D) 12-year-old son shot her ex-husband. The boy shot the husband 10 times. The boy could not be charged with a felony under Oklahoma law. D was charged with being an accessory after the fact to the crime of shooting with the intent to kill. The trial court dismissed the complaint; there was no crime to which D could be an accessory. The State (P) appealed.
