Appellant was riding as a guest passenger in the right seat of appellee's car. Appellee drove into a tree and then abandoned the car and Appellant. Appellant alleges she suffered additional injuries because of Appellee's failure to render reasonable aid and assistance. Appellant alleges that Appellee breached his common law duty.
