Wilson transferred his entire bank account to the names of his two minor daughters. He got a pass book made out in the names of his two daughters and that passbook remained in his possession until his death two years later. Wilson also gave a loan from that account to Hill for which he got a note payable from Hill to Wilson. The bank book and the note were found with Wilson's papers on death, and a dispute ensued as to whom the property belonged. The court decided in favor of the administrator for the note and the remaining balance in the bank account. The Guardian appealed.
