Facts
Azure (D) was charged with carnal knowledge of a 10-year-old girl. D was convicted, but that conviction was overturned, and a retrial occurred. During the retrial, the court refused to admit evidence of the girl's past sexual behavior and the court admitted an out of court statement of a social worker identifying D as the individual who abused her and admitting excerpts from D's prior sworn testimony. D was convicted and appealed.
