Facts
Four Ds were indicted and tried for aiding and abetting each other in the possession with intent to distribute cocaine. During trial, Ds argued that the trial court abused its discretion when it denied their motion to exclude agent Rivera while an informant testified. In the alternative, they claim that the court abused its discretion by not ordering agent Rivera to testify before the informant.
