Nature Of The Case
This section contains the nature of the case and procedural background.
Facts
Yahweh Ben Yahweh (D) was a religious leader. He and some of his followers were indicted on various charges, including assault, arson, and murder. The government (P) wanted to introduce several pictures of the victims as evidence. These pictures were blown up to 30 x 40. P argued that these photographs were relevant as to the identification of the victim. D argued that the enlarged photographs should not be admitted because they were prejudicial.
