Facts

Yahweh Ben Yahweh (D) was a religious leader. He and some of his followers were indicted on various charges, including assault, arson, and murder. P argued that these photographs were relevant as to the identification of the victim. D argued that the enlarged photographs should not be admitted because they were prejudicial.
