Facts
Van Iderstine Co, Inc. (P) agreed to sell Barnet Leather Co, (D) veal skins, subject to quality approval by an independent buyer, Jules Star and Co. P tendered delivery, and Jules Star refused to approve 3,500 out of 15,000 skins delivered. Jules Star refused to approve any of the next 6,000 skins delivered. P sued for damages; Jules Star unreasonably withheld approval. P was awarded damages. D appealed.
