Facts

Lord Barnard (D) gave to his son, P, upon the marriage of his son to the daughter of Morgan Randyll a Castle for life without impeachment for waste with the remainder to the son(s) of P in tail male. Eventually, D got pissed off with his son and D rounded up 200 workmen and entered the property, and they began to disassemble the castle to the value of 3000l. P filed an action against D to enjoin this conduct. That was granted, and the court then heard the case.
