415 A.2d 1156 (N.J. 1980)
Nature Of The Case
This section contains the nature of the case and procedural background.
Facts
Vasquez (P) was recruited in Puerto Rico and came to New Jersey to work for Glassboro (D). P's work was not satisfactory, and P was discharged and told to leave the work barracks. P had no money, was unable to speak English, and sought assistance from a Farmworkers Coop. A Rutgers law student returned with P to the camp and requested P be allowed to stay overnight. That request was refused. A complaint was filed seeking to enjoin D from depriving P of his use of the quarters except through judicial process.
