Facts

Mrs. Grubbe (D) was told by her father where $10,000 in cash was buried. The father told her he wanted her to have the money and showed her where it was buried prior to his death. The father told D that he wanted her to have the money as he did not take good care of her as he did his other children. The trial court must have found against D by implication that this case was being appealed.
