Facts
George, D’s husband, left a life estate in all his real estate to D. Upon her death, the property was to go to half to P and Sheridan, George’s son and daughter. Sheridan then conveyed his interest in one of the parcels to P. The barn is partially on lots 105 and 106. D has life estate and 75% remainder in 105. Lot 106 is owned by Sheridan and D. D, and Sheridan wanted to raze the barn. P sought an injunction. The court denied the injunction but ordered D to pay P the sum of $3,200. P appealed.
